No. It is a readiness and documentation workspace. It does not provide official certification, conformity assessment or a legal opinion.
It can. AI Literacy, acceptable use rules, data handling, transparency and internal governance may still be relevant even when your organisation is using external AI tools rather than building its own model.
The current package covers AI inventory, AI Use Policy, Article 50 notice, employee notification, IT/security procedure, vendor questionnaire, human oversight and incident/escalation procedures.
Article 4 requires providers and deployers to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI Literacy for relevant staff and other persons dealing with AI systems on their behalf.
