Privacy Policy

This notice explains the main categories of personal and company data processed through EU AI Passport and how you can contact us about your data.

Who operates the service

EU AI Passport is operated by Impulso Advisors. Privacy requests can be sent to info@euaipassport.com.

Account and company workspace data

Authenticated company workspaces may contain account identifiers, company profile information, AI inventory and review data, assessment results, Compliance Pack inputs and generated evidence, product entitlement and activation information. Production workspace data is stored in the organization's account and application access is scoped by organization and role.

AI Literacy learner data

Where an organization uses AI Literacy, records may include learner name, email, department or role, assigned programme, access state, progress, assessment outcomes and completion or certificate evidence. Public completion verification exposes only the limited fields needed to verify a supplied completion-record identifier.

Requests, orders and communications

Contact, partner, service, activation and order flows may process information you submit, such as name, company, email, country, tax or billing information and request details. When a live payment provider is enabled, the information required to process the transaction may also be sent to that provider. EU AI Passport does not store card details entered on a provider's hosted payment infrastructure.

Browser storage and analytics

Browser storage is used for functions such as authentication continuity, language or consent preferences and other necessary product state. Optional analytics is subject to the consent controls described in our Cookie Policy.

Service providers and international processing

We use third-party infrastructure and communication providers to operate the service. Their purposes and relevant processing locations are listed on our Sub-processors page. Data may therefore be processed outside your country where needed to provide the service, subject to the provider arrangements and applicable data-protection requirements.

How we use and protect data

We use data to provide and secure the service, maintain customer workspaces and evidence, respond to requests, deliver transactional communications and operate purchased services. We do not sell customer data. Customer workspace data is not used to train AI models. We apply data minimisation, access controls and secure transport, with further information on our Trust & Security page.

Retention and your rights

Retention varies according to the service, account, security, audit, payment and evidence record involved. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion of personal data. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, payment, audit or evidence purposes.
