What does the Founding Launch price mean?

It is the first-year price for the launch cohort. Renewal follows the then-current standard annual price, communicated before renewal.

How is AI-assisted usage handled?

There are no credits or top-ups. Annual fair-use allowances for AI-assisted document updates are 200 for Startup, 300 for Basic, 400 for Intermediate and 500 for Advanced.

Are AI systems, learners or workspace users capped?

They are not used as published pricing limits for these standard plans. Premium is available when your organisation needs a tailored commercial or support setup.
