Access to Compliance Pack and AI Literacy is activated manually after payment confirmation, so refund and cancellation requests for these digital products are handled case by case — please contact us and we will work it out with you directly.
Consulting hours are subject to scheduling and confirmation with our team. Rescheduling or cancelling a booked session is handled directly between you and our team ahead of the confirmed date/time.
